From the beginning in INNOMAC, we have been manufacturing and selling turn-key production lines and automated machines for the baking industry, such as i.e.:

counter stacker for bakings (automated machine for sorting with completing flat and round baked goods in stacks)

robot stacker for flat round baking (with a vision system for sorting and stacking flat and round baked goods)

multi-level cooling line, multi-level modular conveyor, classic straight conveyors and metal belt conveyors

Photos and catalog cards show the potential of our machines and production lines. Each of these machines can be adapted to the existing building conditions, process and technological requirements in the customer’s production line.

Depending on the customer’s needs, our entire production lines or INNOMAC machines are prepared to remote control, on-line diagnostics or flexible automation. Especially remote control of machines is a solution that is becoming more and more popular among customers, which allows to maintain quality and continuity of production despite rotation or competence shortages in production employees. Thanks to on-line diagnostics, it also reduces potential losses and downtime on the part of the customer.

In addition to creating our own machines and entire production lines, we at INNOMAC undertake automation and optimization of serial production, designing dedicated subsystems or robotization of production cells for the needs of existing lines. We extend our offer with flexible modernization of production lines and processes or regeneration of machines from other manufacturers (i.e. Dowson, Koenig, Werner).

We are also successively acquiring customers from outside the food industry.

The scope of our competences includes the design of automation, robotization, optimization and logistics of production and storage as well as quality control support. In addition, we provide technical support, consulting, warranty service and post-warranty service for all our machines and production lines. Our strengths are experienced specialists, knowledge of the industry, our own machine park, short implementation time and flexibility of cooperation.
